New 5,500 sq. ft. facility

Utilizing an American Buildings pre-engineered steel frame allowed Nello’s project team to initiate construction quickly and execute an aggressive construction timetable. With fast delivery of materials and efficient schedule coordination, the new restaurant was completed in 4 ½ months.

Angelo’s new facility provides a more sufficient area for their culinary team and catering services. Customers will also benefit from the increased parking, kitchen and dining space. In addition, the restaurant now accommodates private parties up to 75 people.

Angelo’s Restaurant was designed and constructed with multiple eco-friendly solutions, while all HVAC systems and electrical elements exceed energy guidelines. Kitchen equipment exhaust hood systems are automatically monitored by digital temperature controls and adjustable set point fan speed controls to operate only when needed. This will save Angelo’s Restaurant 15% in energy costs when compared to conventional exhaust systems.
