The building contains offices, aerobics and exercise rooms, a gymnasium with two basketball courts, an indoor running track above the gym, kitchen and concession area
Gymnasium is a Pre-engineered metal building with the balance of the building being conventional construction faced with a combination of split-face CMU, metal siding, and glass
Other features include outdoor ball fields, and a designated board area
Unforseen site related issues that needed to be overcome included underground springs and large boulders discovered in the path of the building foundation
Nello was responsible for the sitework, concrete, masonry, structural steel carpentry, elevators, finishes, and various equipment and specialities
